L’Office National d’Edition et de Presse (ONEP), est un EPIC créé par ordonnance n° 89-26 du 8 décembre 1989. Ses principales activités sont la conception, la fabrication et la diffusion des publications de l’Etat, le quotidien « Le Sahel » (tirage 3000 exemplaires) et l’hebdomadaire « Sahel-Dimanche » (5000 exemplaires) ; la gestion des activités d’impression et d’édition ; la recherche et l’insertion des messages publicitaires dans les deux publications.
