OLD CAT décrit la traversée d’un cours d’eau par un jeune homme bloqué sur un bateau de pêche. Certaines choses fonctionnent, d’autres non. L’intérêt profond d’Everson pour le mouvement, mais aussi l’impossibilité de se mouvoir, donnent lieu à une comédie silencieuse absurde, presque beckettienne.

OLD CAT describes the crossing of a river of an immobilized young man on board a fishing boat. Some things work, some don’t. Everson’s primary interest in movement as well as the condition of not being able to move reaches the point of an almost Beckett-like absurdist silent comedy.
