Arafat, un New-Yorkais arabe de trente ans, habite chez ses parents qui veulent absolument lui trouver une épouse musulmane. Il rencontre Kenny, un célibataire, beau parleur, qui devient son manager. Selon Kenny, pour arafat la seule solution est de quitter la maison de ses parents. Mais sans argent et sans emploi, c’est impossible. Alors Kenny a une idée : un mariage avec une israélienne pour acquérir la carte verte de résidant permanent.

Desperate for companionship, a lonely, young Palestinian-American man agrees to marry an Israeli woman in need of a Green Card, forcing them to re-examine their respective cultural and familial traditions.
Arafat, a thirty year old Arab New Yorker, lives at home with his parents who are desperate to find him a Muslim bride. Horny and lonely, he tries the New York dating scene with zero luck. Then he meets Kenny, a smooth talking single New Yorker who becomes his wingman. According to Kenny the only solution for Arafat is to move out of his parents house. With no money or job, Arafat can’t afford to move out. Then Kenny proposes an idea: a Green Card marriage for money! But with an Israeli girl…
