Synopsis : Quatre histoires se déroulent dans un appartement meublé que l’on suit à travers le portier et sa famille qui vivent en haut de l’immeuble dans une chambre misérable. Dans la première histoire, un médecin essaie de soigner un personnage ayant une position politique. Dans la deuxième histoire, Hassan rencontre dans les années 1970 son vieil ami Nadim, qui vient du Liban pendant sa guerre civile. La troisième histoire se déroule au début du nouveau millénaire et la prise de contrôle des hommes d’affaires. Quant à la quatrième histoire, elle se déroule avant janvier 2011 lorsque Sami revient sous la pression de sa famille pour vendre l’appartement et tout l’immeuble.

Four stories take place in a furnished apartment that we follow through the doorman and his family who live on top of the building in a miserable room. In the first story, a doctor tries to treat a figure with a political position. In the second story, Hassan meets in the 1970s with his old friend Nadim, who comes from Lebanon during its Civil War. The third story takes place at the beginning of the new millennium and the takeover of businessmen. As for the fourth story, it takes place before January 2011 when Sami returns under pressure from his family to sell the apartment and the whole building.

أربع حكايات تدور في شقة مفروشة نتابعها عن طريق بواب العمارة و عائلته التي تسكن أعلى البناية في غرفة بائسة. في الحكاية الأولى يحاول علي الطبيب

النفسي معالجة شخصية ذات منصب سياسي.

في الحكاية الثانية يلتقي حسن في زمن السبعينيات بصديقه القديم نديم القادم من لبنان في أجواء الحرب

الأهلية. الحكاية الثالثة تدور في أوائل الألفية الجديدة وانطلاق عالم رجال الأعمال أما الحكاية الرابعة فتدور أحداثها قبيل يناير 2011 حين يعود سامي بضغط من عائلته لبيع الشقة والعمارة
