Omar, un jeune homme, semble souffrir d’anxiété et d’instabilité. Après de nombreuses années, il rencontre son ancienne professeure de philosophie, Amal, dans un café de la médina (vieille ville). Il propose une rencontre dans leur ancienne école. Une fois sur place, la rencontre se transforme en une situation de jugement sévère alors qu’il la force à lui rendre son innocence, sa simplicité d’esprit et même sa stupidité. Il veut redevenir celui qu’il était avant de suivre les cours de philosophie qui emplissaient son esprit d’adolescent de doutes et de questionnements existentiels sur la vie et la mort. Parviendra-t-il à racheter cette innocence ?

Does the education we receive at school shape our world view and way of life? Does it help us live in harmony with our society or, on the contrary, it brings about doubt to our minds? If this is the case, what would be the outcome then?

Omar, a young man, seems to undergo anxiety and instability. After many years, he meets his former philosophy teacher, Amal, in a café in the médina (old town).
