Accessing the events at the Cairo Opera House, and different venues, is allowed only to a selected list of guests. Art will always prevail!, claims the press released we received. The 39th Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF) takes place from 21 to 30 November 2017, in the capital of Egypt.
