L’acteur américain Wesley Snipes avait été condamné en avril 2008 à trois ans de prison pour fraude fiscale. Un juge de Floride ayant rejeté sa demande de nouveau procès vendredi 19 novembre 2010, il devra purger sa peine.

« L’accusé Snipes a eu un procès équitable (…) Le temps est venu que le jugement soit appliqué », a diéclaré selon Reuters le juge Terrell Hodges.
