Arts: Held exhibitions of calligraphic paintings, photographer, experienced flautist.

Literary: published poet, short story writer, playwright.

Sports: Qualified referee and coach, hockey.

Former Committee Member, Kenya Squash Rackets Association.

Competent club level player: squash, tennis, badminton, hockey, football, cricket.

Computer: Conversant with Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop CS2.

Outdoor: Clean Driving Licence. Motor Bike rider. Has been in charge of school expeditions, mountain climbing and inter-cultural activities. Cyclist. Swimming (qualified lifesaver.)

Social Service: Maintained consistent interest and support for Kitisuru Nursery School, Shangilia Mtoto wa Africa Children’s Home & Cerebral Palsy Society of Kenya, Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign.

First Aid: St. John’s Qualification, 1980.

Environmental: constructed, funded and maintained “Karichota”, Mt. Kenya, on-going environmental project. Landscaping. Designed the “Gitara” complex, Garden Estate, Nairobi.
