Andy Bichlbaum et Mike Bonanno sont des activistes qui arrivent à s’introduire dans les réunions des sociétés voraces qu’ils détestent. Ils n’aiment pas qu’on leur dise « non » : ils se font passer pour des managers de ces entreprises sans moralité.

Cinq ans après leur premier opus cinématographique, les Yes Men sont de retour. Ce duo d’amuseurs engagés, composé de Andy Bichlbaum et Mike Bonanno, se donne pour mission d’infiltrer les grands rassemblements économico-politiques de la planète. Déguisés en capitaines d’industrie, les Yes Men en profitent pour dénoncer les agissements de leurs « confrères ». Dans ce second film, ils s’attaquent à l’économie qui entoure les grandes catastrophes naturelles, dont l’ouragan Katrina.

The Yes Men Fix The World is a screwball true story that follows a couple of gonzo political activists (Andy Bichlbaum and Mike Bonanno) as they infiltrate the world of big business and pull off outrageous pranks that highlight the ways that corporate greed is destroying the planet. Along the way the duo discover the culprits behind the cult of greed, and in a wildly uplifting ending, they fi nd a way for everyone to defeat the cult and save civilisation from its own worst excesses.
Bichlbaum and Bonanno are two guys who just can’t take « no » for an answer. They have an unusual hobby: posing as top executives of corporations they hate. Armed with nothing but thrift-store suits, they lie their way into business conferences and parody their corporate nemeses in ever more extreme ways – basically doing everything that they can to wake up their audiences to the danger of letting greed run our world.
