Ekah (Faith Fidel) est une fillette de 12 ans, qui s’inspire de la plus jeune Prix Nobel de la Paix – Malala Yousafzai. Son rêve est d’aller à l’école. Malheureusement pour elle, elle vit dans une communauté de pêcheurs ignorants qui ne donnent aucune valeur à l’éducation. Son père, Solomon (Kang Quintus), estime avoir vécu une mauvaise expérience des filles qui sont allées à l’école, à travers sa femme. Alors la jeune fille Ekah doit se battre contre tous pour pouvoir atteindre son objectif.

Ekah (Faith Fidel) is a 12-year old girl – who is inspired by the story of the youngest Noble Peace Prize – Malala Yousafzai. She is determined to go to school in a village of fishermen where the education of a girl child is considered to be taboo.
