CASE 0 : TOMORROW
In an undefined temporal space, inside an abandoned government archive building, the first case of its kind in history is recorded: a file bearing the number zero, entitled "TOMORROW." There is no present defendant, nor any physical entity that can be summoned; yet, the judicial proceedings continue. The sessions examine a series of archival evidence documenting how humans lived for centuries, postponing their lives for a "tomorrow" that never arrived. Through archival materials showcasing postponed projects, unsent letters, and unfulfilled promises, the contours of an invisible entity begin to emerge: The Future, not as a temporal reality, but as a legal construct used to justify the collective postponement of existence. As the investigation progresses, the file shifts from a case against "The Future" into a deeper interrogation: Did the future ever exist, or is it merely a linguistic invention that allowed mankind to defer its life without accountability? The session concludes without a clear verdict because the accused, quite simply, cannot be found.
