Change Makers est un film produit et réalisé par Toni Mumbi Kamau, étudiant de troisième année de la promotion MoFORCE 8 à la Mohamed Amin Foundation. Durant le tournage de ce documentaire, Toni a dirigé une équipe composée d’étudiants de 2ème année de la promotion MoFORCE 9, parcourant ainsi six pays d’Afrique. Ce sont Christine Kinyanjui, Kabinda Lemba, Fabian Rodigues et Brian Kyallo, étudiants de 2ème année qui se sont chargés de la partie vidéo et de la partie audio, travaillant en groupe de deux sous la direction de Toni. Les quatre étudiants ont effectué un roulement aux différents postes techniques pour s’entraîner. Chacune des deux équipes a tourné des images dans trois des six pays  : le Burundi, l’Ethiopie, le Kenya, le Rwanda, la Tanzanie et l’Ouganda.
Les étudiants avaient une date limite très rapprochée fixée par le NGO ECWD (Education Centre for Women in Democracy). Ils commencèrent à tourner en mai et devaient avoir un produit fini à la mi-juillet, avec sous-titres et graphiques. Fabian Rodrigues s’est chargé du montage. La réalisation de ce documentaire est un véritable exploit, compte tenu du fait qu’il a eut quatre caméramans et quatre preneurs de son. Mais même avec cette méthode de production hors norme et une date limite très serrée ils parvinrent à obtenir un ensemble d’une qualité uniforme et doté d’un niveau de production de qualité professionnelle.

Change Makers, Produced and directed by 3rd year advanced student Toni Mumbi Kamau, MoFORCE 8. Toni led the 2nd year advanced students of MoFORCE 9 through this ambitious documentary filmed in six African countries. The 2nd year students; Christine Kinyanjui, Kabinda Lemba, Fabian Rodrigues and Brian Kyallo did the filming and audio recording in two-person teams working under Kamau’s direction. All four students rotated in the technical roles as part of their training. Each of the two teams shot in three of the six countries: Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.

The students were under a tight filming deadline for the NGO ECWD (Education Centre for Women in Democracy). They started filming in May and had to have the finished product ready by mid July, complete with graphics and subtitles. Fabian Rodrigues edited the documentary. The documentary is a remarkable achievement considering that there were four different camera-persons and sound recordists. Even with this unusual method of production and tight deadline, they were able to create a uniform look, and a professional level of production.
