Ce documentaire vous emmène au-delà des gros titres des médias, dans la réalité crue de la guerre. Il montre la dévastation d’un pays et d’un peuple assiégé.
À travers des images fortes, parfois dérangeantes, ce documentaire raconte l’histoire d’une énième guerre contre le Liban: 1 200 civils tués, 4 000 blessés, plus d’un million de déplacés, 78 ponts détruits, 30 000 logements endommagés, une catastrophe environnementale avec 15 000 tonnes de pétrole répandues sur 80 km de côtes. Grâce à des images encore inédites à ce jour, le film revient sur 57 massacres collectifs, et tente de saisir l’horreur vécue par les victimes et leurs familles.

This documentary takes you beyond the news headlines into the harsh realities of war. It explores the devastation of a nation and a people caught under siege.
Through powerful and often disturbing images, this documentary tells the story of yet another war on Lebanon: 1,200 civilians killed and 4,000 injured, more than one million displaced, 78 bridges destroyed, 15,000 homes damaged, the environmental disaster of 15,000 tons of oil spilled on 80 km of Mediterranean coast, and many more catastrophes. In footage not shown by the Western media, the film also exposes the devastation of 57 collective massacres in an attempt to capture the horror of its victims and their families.

This documentary takes you beyond the news headlines into the harsh realities of war. It explores the devastation of a nation and a people caught under siege.
