1993, Amar, la trentaine, peintre contraint d’aller effectuer son service militaire en tant qu’insoumis. Il revient avec un bras amputé, l’esprit tourmenté et retrouve la déchéance familiale; une mère morte, un père illuminé et dont l’auberge a été brulée par des malfaiteurs, et une sœur perdue dans la spirale du quotidien. Il tente d’exorciser tout via son art et unique arme : la peinture.

Le scénario de ce court métrage a participé à l’atelier « De l’Écrit à l’écran » du FIFF en 2008.

His mother is dead, his father’s coffee has been burned down by criminals, and his sister is lost in the spiral of the everyday life. He tries to exorcise everything through his art and only weapon: painting.
