En 2002, lors de l’invasion israélienne du camp de Jénine, Mohammad Bakri entre dans le camp et réalise un film documentaire intitulé « Jenin Jenin ». Le film a été censuré et le réalisateur poursuivi en justice. L’occupation continue. L’histoire se répète, alors que l’armée israélienne a de nouveau envahi le camp en 2023. Il s’y introduit de nouveau pour documenter ce qui s’est passé pendant cette nouvelle invasion.

In 2002, during the Israeli invasion of the Jenin camp, Mohammad Bakri entered the camp and made a documentary film entitled « Jenin Jenin ». The film was censored and the director prosecuted. The occupation continues. History repeated itself, as the Israeli army invaded the camp again in 2023. He re-enters to document what happened during this new invasion.

Won Best Film at the Carthage International Film Festival in 2002 and the International Prize for Mediterranean Documentary Filmmaking and Reporting.
