Recently, one of the mainstream media in Tanzania was discussing issues of good use of social media and how it could benefit many young people, especially those who are aspiring to be self- employed. Jesca Wilfred Macha pupularly known as Jesca Wilfredy was named among the most young female Tanzanian Socialite and entrepreneurs who could use their online popularity and make a difference in society and among others.

Jesca Wilfredy Macha best known as Jesca Wilfredy, was born in September 9, 1997, Arusha, Tanzania. She is the founder and CEO of Black Chagga Fashion, a Tanzania retail clothing company based in Dar Es Salaam. She gained more popularity through social media and has been named among in the list of young women entrepreneurs who use their popularity through social media to bring about positive change in the society.
In an interview with one of the media, Jesca said she is happy that the internet penetration is increasing and there is a huge opportunities to explore through social media in Tanzania, but she felt like there is still a need for people to learn more on how they use social media platforms for greater good. She added that despite gaining her popularity through the internet, she still believes that the government or any relevant agencies can provide knowledge and bring good prospects to the entire community with the power of internet.

Jesca comes from a low-income family, She studied Library and Information Science from Moshi Co-Operative University and graduated. She has been playing a major role in helping young women by training and encouraging them on how to run small businesses and become independent.
Talking about how she can prolong her relationship life, She was quoted said that "I wish i could be able to make my relationship private but i can't because even the person am dating is famous" She also added that sometime she get annoyed by the number of men who seduce her and some of them trying to disrespect her bounderies.
