Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival 2012

The Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Fetival will take place in and around Johannesburg’s vibey, historical Newtown Precinct.

Eight venues in the city’s Newtown precinct will host an extravaganza of over 40 international and local artists.

The Dinaledi Stage and the Mbira Stage will be erected on Mary Fitzgerald Square, creating two purpose-built venues to showcase this year’s line-up. Other venues include Bassline, Conga and The Market Theatre will all play host.

Free venues include Sophiatown, Shikista and Nikki’s Oasis
