Every year, Festicafé becomes a celebration around coffee production. There are exhibitions, conferences, coffee and food tastings, and cultural displays, musicians from all around the country, creative workshops, sports events, a regional cycling route and paragliding. Organized by the Polo Permanent Committee for Culture (CPCP), the coffee-growing cooperatives and over 30 regional and national organizations.
