Nous sommes de retour a la Maison de la Culture Douta Seck, Dakar pour une nouvelle edition d’Electrafrique avec deux invites qui nous viennent de loin, mais qui ont deja eu l’occasion de faire danser Dakar recemment.
SABINE’s work focuses on the exposure and pleasures of African Diasporic music. Brooklyn MECCA: Afro-House Dance Culture and Oyasound are a few of her creative projects. Her Oyasound EP is currently in the works. Sabine worked for Ocha Records label as a Brand Marketing Director/Producer and Bembe NYC Party resident DJ. Sabine spins Global Soul: House, Afrotech, Afrobeat, Haitian Roots and other Diasporic tunes. Check her out:

MOMA comes from Sudan and lives in New York as well. He is the driving force behind the higely successful Everyday People parties, as well as the Everyday Afrique shows held jointly with OkayAfrica, Electrafrique, andEveryday People. Moma’s style is highly versatile that will take you to every corner of the dance world, from Africa to Jamaica with a strong New York influence. Check him out:

CORTEGA is originally from Switzerland, and has been moving dancefloors on the Continent since he moved to Nairobi 6 years ago. Last year, he took thh Electrafrique show West and moved to Dakar, Senegal, where he now resides and keeps pushing pan-African dancefloor heat, whenever the opportunity arises.
