Le Forum intelligence économique et développement (FIED) est un forum annuel de décideurs sur l’Intelligence économique, les Technologies de l’information et de la communication et le Développement durable. Il réunit, chaque année, les plus grands experts de l’Intelligence économique, de la société cognitive, de grands décideurs politiques et économiques, de grandes organisations internationales et la société civile.
Pour sa troisième édition, le FIED analysera toutes les stratégies viables et opérationnelles pour mieux orienter le développement du continent africain, l’Union africaine (UA) et le NEPAD dans la nouvelle économie et la société du savoir en émergence.
Le programme du FIED’2002 sera réparti autour de 8 séances plénières et 16 ateliers articulés autour des thèmes centraux suivants : NEPAD, NOUVELLES TECHNOLOGIES, MONDIALISATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLE.
Le FIED’2002 réunira les meilleurs spécialistes et acteurs de l’Intelligence économique, de la nouvelle économie, dans un esprit professionnel, convivial, favorisant des débats et échanges d’expériences ouverts entre participants, dans un double objectif de sensibilisation à la nouvelle guerre économique et de mobilisation autour des orientations fédératrices du développement des entreprises et États africains. Il accueillera les décideurs privés et publics, dirigeants de sociétés et responsables politiques soucieux de l’avenir du continent.
SOPEL International et ses partenaires auront l’honneur de décerner les « FIED’AWARDS 2002 » aux meilleurs managers, pour encourager les décideurs des secteurs publics et privés dans la mise en place de stratégies et de pratiques novatrices.
SOPEL International, initiateur de cette manifestation, est le premier organisme francophone d’Intelligence Économique et Concurrentielle spécialisé sur l’Afrique, les Caraïbes et le Pacifique (A.C.P). C’est un réseau de femmes et d’hommes dont l’objectif principal est, d’une part, de faire gagner les pays ACP dans la démarche de mondialisation et dans la société du savoir et, d’autre part, d’animer une communauté africaine internationale, ouverte et diversifiée, mobilisée autour d’une démarche d’Intelligence Économique pour le développement durable.
Le Forum se tiendra du 28 Novembre au 30 novembre 2002 au siège européen de la Banque Mondiale 66, Avenue d’Iéna, 75016 Paris. Les débats seront retransmis par satellite sur tout le réseau satellite de la Banque Mondiale (Afrique, Europe, Amériques, etc.).

The economic Forum on Business Intelligence and development (FIED) is an annual forum decision makers on Business Intelligence, communication and information Technologies and the durable Development. It joins together, each year, the largest experts of the economic Intelligence, the cognitive society, a large political and economic decision makers, a large international organizations and the civil society.
For this third edition, the FIED will analyse all the viable and operational strategies for better directing the development of the African continent, the African Union (UA) and the NEPAD, in this new economy and the emerging knowledge society.
The program of the FIED’ 2002 will be distributed around 8 plenary meetings and 16 workshops articulated around the following central topics: UA, NEPAD, NEW TECHNOLOGIES, UNIVERSALIZATION AND DURABLE DEVELOPMENT.
The FIED’ 2002 will bring together the best specialists and actors of Business Intelligence, the new economy in a professional spirit, convivial, supporting open debates and sharing experiences between participants, in a double objective of sensitising to the new economic war and a mobilization around the federator orientations of development of companies and the African States. It will accommodate the private and public decision makers, leaders of companies and political leaders concerned in the future of African continent.
SOPEL International and its partners will have the honour to decree « FIED’ AWARDS 2002 » to the best managers, to encourage these decision makers of public and private sectors in setting up strategies and innovative practices.
SOPEL International, initiating this forum, is the major Organization of Economic and Competitive Business Intelligence specialized on Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (A.C.P). It is a network of women and men whose principal objective is on the one hand, to save the ACP countries in the step of globalisation and knowledge society and, on the other hand, to animate an international, opened and diversified african community, mobilized around an competitive Business Intelligence step for a durable development.
The Forum will be held from 28th to 30th November 2002, in the European headquarter of the World Bank at 66, Avenue d’Iéna, 75016 Paris. The debates will be retransmitted by satellite on all international networks of the World Bank (Africa, Europe, Americas, etc).
