Un fonctionnaire corrompu, Senou dit le doyen, s’affronte à un nouveau venu de l’administration, Agouénou, qui veut assainir la situation. Il n’hésite pas à l’attaquer par tous les moyens, y compris la sorcellerie. Agouénou, victime d’un accident, se fait « initier » aux pouvoirs magiques pour essayer de se faire accepter.

Senou, also known as the elder, is a corrupt civil servant. He faces a newcomer from the administration, Agouénou, who wants to get rid of the corruption. Senou uses all the means at his disposal to attack him, including withcraft. Agouénou, victim of an accident, is taught the ways of magic in order to be accepted.
