2020 au Sénégal. C’est le jeune bâtonnier des Avocats de Dakar qui présente de nouveaux éléments à la Cour Suprême en vue de réviser le fameux procès du « Coup d’État du 17 décembre 1962 ». Au banc des accusés, le Président du Conseil Mamadou Dia et quatre ministres parmi lesquels Valdiodio N’Diaye. Ce procès politique dont l’issue est établie par avance, sert d’alibi à L.S. Senghor avec la complicité de la France pour éliminer du pouvoir ses adversaires nationalistes. Ce coup d’État institutionnel lui permet l’instauration d’un régime présidentiel fort.

2020 in Senegal. It is the young president of the Lawyers of Dakar who presents new elements to the Supreme Court with a view to revising the famous trial of the « Coup d’Etat of December 17, 1962 ».
