L’Algérie est le pays avec lequel la France entretient la mémoire la plus douloureuse. A la frontière du documentaire et de la fiction, Voyage en Kabylie part en quête d’altérité entre deux frères, un Algérien rêvant de liberté et un Français à la recherche d’un père. Comme dans L’Iliade, une guerre a profondément marqué les corps et les esprits de deux peuples, et nous cherchons à filmer la paix en empruntant à l’histoire, aux mythes et au hasard.
