E’Lollipop raconte l’histoire extraordinaire de deux enfants sud-africains inséparables, Tsepo et son ami Jannie, orphelin. Jannie est envoyé dans une station missionnaire dans le village de Tsepo où ils deviennent meilleurs amis à mesure où Jannie trouve sa place dans son nouveau chez lui. Ils s’amusent comme des enfants jusqu’à ce qu’une tragédie survienne : Jannie, qui a maintenant dix ans, est gravement blessé.  Face à l’adversité, Tsepo et sa communauté s’unissent pour que Jannie puisse bénéficier d’un traitement médical spécialisé. Un défi de taille les attend…
