La roue tourne est un film qui retrace l’histoire de Tati, une jeune fille orpheline de père et de mère. Pour des raisons d’étude, elle a décidé de venir en ville et de louer une chambre afin de suivre ses études et chercher aussi un petit travail pour se prendre en charge. Avec l’arrivée du Covid-19, elle est confrontée à des difficultés financières et trouvervde l’argent devient un véritable parcours du combattant. Les jours passent et Tati se retrouve avec un arriéré de loyer de deux mois et de jour et se fait finalement expulser par son bailleur.
Ironie du sort, le bailleur sera à son tour licencié de son travail et se retrouve aussi face à des difficultés financières.
Dans sa recherche d’un nouveau boulot, le bailleur sera convoqué pour un entretien dans une entreprise où elle retrouve Tati qui en est la Directrice !

Un film d’Etienne Djoguina sélectionné pour la deuxième édition de l’Afrique fait son Cinéma 2020 en compétition officielle.

La roue tourne is a film that tells the story of Tati, a young girl who has lost both her father and mother. For study reasons, she decided to come to the city and rent a room in order to follow her studies and also to look for a small job to take care of herself. With the arrival of the Covid-19, she is faced with financial difficulties and finding money becomes a real obstacle course. Days go by and Tati finds herself two months and a day in arrears of rent and finally gets evicted by her landlord.
Ironically, the landlord will in turn be fired from his job and also finds himself in financial difficulties.
In her search for a new job, the landlord will be called for an interview in a company where she meets Tati who is the Director!
