Chibuzo, un flic afro-descendant chef provisoire de la B.A.C, est torturé car trop de ses collègues maltraitent systématiquement les membres de sa communauté. Lui et son équipe ont de bonnes relations avec la population ce qui a fait baisser les tensions dans sa ville. Mais elles éclatent à l’arrivée de son nouveau chef, Léon qui prône la tolérance zéro.

Chibuzo, an Afro-descendant cop and provisional head of the B.A.C., is tortured because too many of his colleagues systematically mistreat members of his community. He and his team have good relations with the population, which has lowered tensions in his town. But tensions erupt when his new leader, Léon, arrives and advocates zero tolerance.
