Seydou, 10 ans, est l’un des meilleurs élèves de sa classe bien qu’il passe trop de temps à jouer avec ses deux meilleurs amis : Matar et Justin.
Pour le récompenser et l’encourager, son père lʼemmène en ville pour lui faire un cadeau. Sur la route, Seydou découvre, pour la première fois, le palais présidentiel. Fasciné par la splendeur de la demeure, il déclare à son père quʼil veut vivre là, quand il sera grand.

Ten-year-old Seydou is one of the best students in his class although he spends too much time playing with his two best friends: Matar and Justin.
