Dounia, travaille comme bénévole pour « SOS Déprimé » où elle soulage, au téléphone, la souffrance des personnes en détresse. Une nuit, elle reçoit l’appel d’un inconnu ! Est-ce un homme en détresse ? Un psychopathe ? Dès lors, une terrible confrontation va s’engager entre Dounia et le mystérieux interlocuteur qui la harcèle.
