Réservée par Citroën à la main-d’œuvre immigrée, l’usine d’Aulnay-sous-Bois connaît sa première grève en 1982. Trente ans plus tard, c’est au tour d’une nouvelle génération d’entrer en lutte. Dignes héritiers de leurs parents, les ouvriers font ressurgir une mémoire oubliée, et offrent une perspective unique sur l’histoire de la France contemporaine.

The Citroën factory in Aulnay-sous-Bois suffered its first strike in 1982. It mainly employed immigrant workers in dire conditions. Thirty years later, little has changed, as a new generation takes up the struggle. Reclaiming their parents’ legacy, workers resurrect a forgotten memory, and offer a unique perspective on the history of contemporary France.
