Commerciale est une vidéo mettant en scène la kaâba autour de laquelle les musulmans tournent pendant le pèlerinage de La Mecque. C'est elle qui, placée dans la porte-tourniquet d'un grand centre commercial, tourne au rythme du passage des gens quelque soit leur religion. Cette vidéo nous montre d'un côté comment la consommation peut devenir une religion et de l'autre comment l'idée de Dieu est commercialisée.

"Commerciale" is a video showing the kaâba around which the Muslims turn during their pilgrimage at the Mecca. It is this kaâba which is set within the revolving doors of a great shopping centre, and it turns as people walk through, whatever their religion may be. On the one hand, this video shows us how consumption can become a religion and, on the other hand, how the very idea of God is being marketed.
