Metwalli (prononcer « Mitwali »), un cuisinier marié, vit avec sa sœur, son beau-frère et ses enfants, il a déposé depuis 9 ans un dossier pour avoir un appartement, mais toujours sans réponse. Il possède une voiture où il vend des sandwichs et fast food. Le jour où le président décide de sortir dans la rue pour voir son peuple, il rencontre Mitwali et va aimer ses sandwichs. Le président décide alors que Mitwali soit son cuisinier officiel. Le cuisinier profite de l’occasion pour raconter au président les difficultés vécues par son peuple et les problèmes qu’il rencontre.

The film depicts the story of « Metwalli », a popular cook chosen to work for the President of the Republic. He loves him and reports to him the talk of the town.The cook finds himself in a position in which he can convey to the nations leader his peoples opinions and wants and needs.
Khalid Zaki takes on the president’s character in the movie. He cares for his people and is constantly alienated from being part of their problems. Therefore, he decides to spend a day as a normal citizen to experience what his nation is going through. To secure the president’s life on that particular day the government issues a statement warning people from a partial eclipse that will cause damage to their eyes and everyone remain in.

The actors participating in this film are: Dalia Moustapha, Khalid Zaki, Achraf Zaki, Jamal Ismaiil, Loutfi Labib, and Diya Almirghani.
