La découverte d’une photo de classe de 1967, la mort de ma mère en 2002, m’ont conduite à revenir sur ma jeunesse passée à Bobigny à mon arrivée d’Algérie en 1962.
Dans un paysage dévasté, des femmes d’exception pansent les plaies et conduisent les jeunes de toute origine vers un avenir meilleur.
Elles sont chef d’orchestre, comédienne, directrice de salle de cinéma, journaliste animatrice de cine club, psychiatre de l’enfant et de l’adolescent.
On y voit l’activité permanente de l’actrice et réalisatrice Souad Amidou, le soutien scolaire et la lutte contre l’échec scolaire par le biais du théâtre, ainsi que d’autres choses sur l’engagement des Français d’origine immigrée dans la société française.

The discovery of a class photo from 1967, the death of my mother in 2002, led me to look back on my youth spent in Bobigny when I arrived from Algeria in 1962.
In a devastated landscape, exceptional women heal wounds and lead young people of all origins to a better future.
They are Music conductor, actress, cinema director, journalist, cinema club host, child and adolescent psychiatrist.
We see there the permanent activity of the actress and director Souad Amidou, the tutoring and the fight against school failure through the theater, as well as other things on the engagement of the French of immigrant origin in French society.
