The Dar es Salaam Players Little Theatre Club is a volunteer run Amateur Dramatics Society. Founded in 1947, it is now the only amateur theatre still running in East Africa. Plays, Musicals, Café Theatres and Pantomimes run throughout the year as well as the annual theatre ball and various other parties and functions – all performed or organized by a volunteer committee and members of the club.
