Ashanti Regional Police Commander DCOP Nathan Kofi Boakye has said the arrest and ongoing prosecution of hip-life artiste Kwaw Kesse, also known as ‘Abodam’, for smoking a substance suspected to be marijuana was not motivated by malice or ill motive.
