Medeva (Media Development in Africa), makers of Tazama! and Agenda Kenya, are making a limited offer of their very professional documentary filmmakers’ training to a wider, paying clientele.
This is the training that won their trainees the CNN African Journalist Award in 2005 and the BBC Best News Story Award in 2007. Their alumni have also won awards in European film festivals and Veve, the newest Kenyan film, is directed by Sey’dou Mukali, another of their former trainees.
If you don’t have time for the course at the moment, please contact Medeva and let them know if they can craft a bespoke course for you. They also offer scripting, directing, sound engineering, and field research for radio and TV.
Deadline for applications is Friday 17 October 2014 and training begins on Monday 27 October, 2014.
