Zimbabwean renowned accapella gospel group Shower Power will once again perform in the country next month alongside Reunion from the same country.

According to Steve Chiwaya, the group is back for a performance having also performed in the country last year in December. He said the accapella group has always made it a point to be coming to Malawi for a performance every December.

“This is a chance for those who missed their performance last year to sample their performance this year. They are ready and they are coming with Reunion,” he said.

The group will perform at Robin’s Park in Blantyre on December 6.

Chiwaya said some of the local groups set to perform at the concert are Joyful Souls, We Are One, Press On and Disciples.

Shower Power is arguably one of the biggest male accapella group which last year celebrated its 21 years in existence.

The group launched a new album titled The Journey in celebration of the 21 years of musical success.

The album was launched in different countries including Malawi last year.
