A l’occasion de la 8ème Conférence Lapita qui se tiendra à Port-Vila du 6 au 10 juillet 2015, le Centre Culturel du Vanuatu organise un concours artistique. La compétition est ouverte à différentes catégories : les écoles primaires, secondaires et adultes. L’objectif principal du  concours Lapita d'arts visuels est d’encourager les participants à en savoir plus sur la culture Lapita et en particulier la fabrication de leurs poteries. Cette compétition est ouverte à tout genre de médium à condition « qu’il ait quelque chose » de  Lapita , un motifs de pots, d’objet ou n’importe quel autre aspect de la culture Lapita.

Date limite de sousmission des travaux, le vendredi 19 juin !

The Vanuatu Cultural Centre  is organizing an art competition to coincide with the 8^th Lapita Conference that will be held in Port Vila from the 6^th to the 10^th of July 2015.  The competition is open to different categories : primary, secondary schools and adults.

The main objective of The Lapita Visual Art Competition is to encourage participants to learn about the Lapita Culture and in particular the pottery making practice of the Lapita people in the Pacific. This art competition is not limited to any form of medium but  has to include something about Lapita, whether it be designs from the pots, artifacts or any other aspect of the Lapita culture.
