Catégories : Longs et Courts métrages Fictions / Documentaires films / Animations.
Conditions : films produits avant le 1er janvier de l’année précédente (2015). Les Longs métrages fictions doivent être d’au moins de 50 minutes et au maximum de 150 minutes. Les courts métrages fictions ne doivent pas dépasser 40 minutes. Les documentaires sont les films qui ne sont pas des fictions et d’une durée minimum de 45 mins et au maximum de 150 mins. Les films d’animation ne doivent pas dépasser 120 minutes.
Inscription : Le formulaire doit être rempli et soumis en ligne. Tous les films doivent être transmis en ligne par Dropbox ou Vimeo, en incluant votre mot de passe (à l’intention du comité de sélection).
Langue : tout le matériel que vous transmettez pour la présélection (film / formulaire) doit être en anglais.

The Africa International Film Festival (hereafter referred to as « AFRIFF ») is Africa’s exciting new annual destination for fantastic film experience and celebration in Nigeria every November. AFRIFF aims at establishing itself as a major international film festival, while continuing to act as a platform for showcasing excellence in African cinema and simultaneously contributing to the development and growth of the industry and its talent.
SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
The categories for submission are (A) Feature films, (B) Short films, (C) Documentary films and (D) Animation films.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SELECTION
A – General Eligibility
Unless a special waiver is granted by AFRIFF:
a) Films must have been produced after January 1, of each previous year.
b) Preference is given to films, which are yet to be screened globally or in Africa.
c) Until the end of AFRIFF, films must not have been broadcasted and/or made available on television, the internet, mobile phones and/or any other public viewing platform now known or thereafter devised.
B – Eligibility by Category
Feature Films: Films must be a work of fiction that equals or exceeds 50 minutes in length and the maximum runtime 150 minutes.
Short Films: Films must be a work of fiction that does not exceed 40 minutes in length.
Documentary Films: Films must be a work of non-fiction. The minimum runtime length is 45 minutes and the maximum runtime 150 minutes.
Animation Films: Films must be a work of fiction that does not exceed 120 minutes. For this category
SUBMISSION
Deadlines
Entries must be submitted before July 24 2016. Any submission and/or material received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Submission Material
The entry form will be filled and submitted online. All films will be submitted online via Dropbox/Vimeo. Please include your password with the link
