the ARNALDO MOMIGLIANO BEST ARTICLE IN HISTORY PRIZE. For more information

THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY’S 2003 PRIZES
The Best Book in African History Prize
A prize of ,000 will be awarded for the best book by a member of the
Society on any subject relating to African history published in the last
three years. To be considered, the book must have been published between
January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2002. Candidates should submit six copies
of the book to:

The Best Book in Latin American History Prize
A prize of ,000 will be awarded for the best book by a member of the
Society on any subject relating to Latin American history published in the
last three years. To be considered, the book must have been published

The Arnaldo Momigliano Best Article in History Prize
A prize of,000 named after Arnaldo Momigliano will be awarded for the
best article by a member of the Society on any historical subject. To be
considered, the article must have been published in a refereed journal
between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2002. Candidates should submit
six copies of the article to:
