« Self-organization and Computer File Management for TV Programme Producers »
Conducted by the Television Training Centre of Deutsche Welle in co-operation with Sithengi 2002 in Cape Town from 4th to 17th November 2002.
The purpose of this seminar is to bring programme producers from various African TV stations together to exchange ideas on improving the organizational and planning skills of those involved in producing programmes for African television. The seminar offers a unique opportunity to share their experience and discuss trends in working methods and technology with other producers from Africa.
The six South Africans selected to attend the seminar will also be sponsored as Sithengi delegates for 2002. Deutsche Welle will arrange accommodation for regional participants sponsored by Deutsche.
Applications must be submitted VIA FAX directly to Sithengi by the 23 September 2002. The final selection of candidates will be made by Sithengi 2002 in consultation with Deutsche Welle Television Training Centre in Berlin within the Federal Republic of Germany.
