SINOPSIS
Pablo y Fernando viajan por la Sabana con una agenda oculta, se detienen en un pequeño bar de las sabanas llaneras, este bar es atendido por Rómulo, un viejo conocido. Para pasar el tiempo Fernando le solicita a Rómulo que les cuente una historia de camino, Rómulo les cuenta la historia de El Silbón:
El Silbón vaga silbando por las sabanas cargando a cuesta un saco con los huesos de su padre y de sus demás víctimas, que suelen ser hombres traicioneros y de malos actos, los mata devorándoles las entrañas y sacándoles cada uno de los huesos de su cuerpo.
Al salir del bar uno de ellos será víctima de El Silbón.
SYNOPSIS
Pablo and Fernando travel around the Savannah on a stormy night, when they stop at a small bar on the plains run by Rómulo, an old acquaintance. To kill time, Fernando asks Rómulo to tell them a road story, so Romulo tells them the story of The Whistle.
The Whistle wanders about the Savannah whistling and carrying piggybacking a sack full of bones of his father and his other victims, who usually are treacherous and evildoer men. He kills them devouring their entrails and taking out each and every bone in their bodies.

En los campamentos de refugiados de Tinduf hace más de 30 años que el pueblo saharaui espera para conseguir el objetivo que los forzó a exiliarse: volver a su tierra libres de cualquier dominación extranjera. « Sukut. La memoria del silencio » recoge los testimonios de vida de exiliados saharauis de edad avanzada con un triple objetivo: preservar la memoria histórica de este pueblo de tradición básicamente oral, poner nombre, cara y sentimiento a unas vivencias y unos datos demasiado objetivados, y sobre todo, dar la palabra a aquellos a los que se ha hecho estar en silencio desde hace demasiado tiempo.

In the refugee camps of Tindouf, for more than 30 years the Saharawi people is waiting to get the goal that forced them to exile: to return to their land free from any foreign domination. « Sukut. The memory of silence » collects the testimonies of life of elderly Sahrawi with three objectives: to preserve the historical memory of this people, that have basically an oral tradition, show the human aspects of some experiences and datas too much objectified, and especially, give the word to those who have ben silented too long ago.

Inspector Santos Trinidad, a veteran policeman, is going through a rough patch. He drinks too much and works too little. Once a respected and admired officer at the Intelligence Unit, an unfortunate event that happened some years ago in Colombia cut short his promising career. Downgraded to the Missing Persons Unit, Santos’work is now restricted to the monotony of minor cases and endless beaurocracy.After events turn sour one night, Santos find himself implicated in a triple homicide in an afterhours club. Santos cleans up the crime scene and starts the hunt for the only witness, who managed to escape. Following the trail of the fugitive witness, Santos discovers a complicated and sordid network of prostitution and drug trafficking that serves to finance a far more sophisticated criminal plan. He is back doing the Intelligence work that he does best, although this time he is on his own. The official police investigation begins to tighten the net around him, but Santos has begun his own crusade: he finally has the chance to settle his own score.

The Russian Front, winter 1943.A battalion of the Spanish Blue Division runs into several horses’ heads scattered over the frozen surface of a lake. The bodies are submerged under the ice. Beside one of the horses lies the corpse of a Spanish soldier. His throat is slit and carved into his shoulder with a knife are the words, « See that God sees you ». His superiors order soldier Arturo Andrade, (Juan Diego Botto), a former police inspector, to investigate the matter. He takes on the task with professional rigor, aided by Sargeant Estrada (Carmelo Gómez). They soon discover that what is behind the murder is a perverse vengeance for insults made in the past and it looks one dead body is only the beginning. No one is free of suspicion and no one is safe. In the midst of the cruel war, the hunt for the murderer is on, a search where we won’t know who is the hunter and who is the prey until the very end.
