Paul Saadoun a créé Seconde Vague Productions en avril 2012. Une suite logique d’une longue expérience de producteur auprès des média français et internationaux. Il a produit des films qui ont fait date dans l’histoire de la télévision: la série Palettes d’Alain Jaubert, Le Goulag de Iossif Pasternak et Hélène Chatelain, 10 ans de la vie politique à Marseille de Jean Louis Comolli. Plusieurs productions ont été remarquées pour leur innovation cinématographique, beaucoup d’autres ont été primées. On pense aux documentaires du réalisateur canadien Paul Cowan, aux long-métrages du réalisateur hongrois Bela Tarr, au travail d’Armand Gatti, l’homme de théâtre et à certaines oeuvres de Peter Watkins, réalisateur anglais de talent incontesté.

Seconde Vague Productions a pour ambition de continuer dans cette voie et de développer la production de films de qualité dans le domaine documentaire mais également dans celui de la fiction et du cinéma.

Les projets s’élaborent avec des auteurs et réalisateurs exigeants, ceux qui offrent un point de vue sur la société, son histoire, la vie et le monde.

Paul Saadoun founded Seconde Vague Productions in April 2012. It was a logical step in his long experience as a producer for media in France and abroad. Some of his productions have made television history, such as the series Palettes by Alain Jaubert, Le Goulag by Iossif Pasternak and Hélène Chatelain, and 10 Ans de la Vie Politique à Marseille by Jean Louis Comolli.

Several productions have gained attention for their cinematographic innovation.
Awards include the documentaries of Canadian director Paul Cowan, feature films directed by Bela Tarr, the contributions to the theater world of Armand Gatti, and certain remarkable works by Peter Watkins, an English director of indisputable talent.

Seconde Vague Productions’ aim is to continue on this path and to expand its production of quality films, not only in the documentary field but also in fiction and cinema.
