Cloîtrés dans une cité de la banlieue, Adel et Walid se contentent de la vue sur la mer pour échapper à leur quotidien morose. Un matin, ils découvrent, effarés, l’implantation d’un chantier qui les privera à jamais de leurs seuls moments d’évasion. Leur vie ne sera plus jamais la même.
