Fruit d’une rencontre entre deux passions, celle de créer et celle de partager, les Éditions Frantz Fanon est une entreprise d’édition, de diffusion et de distribution de livres.
Créée en 2014 par Amar INGRACHEN, journaliste et écrivain, et Sarah SLIMANI, universitaire et chercheure en littérature francophone et comparée, la maison d’édition Frantz Fanon est ouverte à toutes les sensibilités artistiques, politiques et philosophiques en phase avec la modernité et l’émancipation culturelle du monde. Faisant sienne la devise fanonienne selon laquelle « l’homme est un mouvement vers autrui », c’est dans le dialogue libre et pluriel, l’exploration audacieuse d’horizons nouveaux et le renouvellement constant du défi humaniste qu’elle inscrit sa démarche éditoriale.
Le choix du nom de Frantz Fanon comme label, choix qui s’est fait avec l’aimable autorisation d’Olivier Fanon, héritier de l’auteur des Damnés de la terre, procède de la nature de notre vision du monde qui se situe à cheval sur la réflexion et l’action, notions philosophiques majeures dont Frantz Fanon représente, à travers ses écrits et son parcours intellectuel, une magistrale synthèse.
