Camilla Gibb

Camilla Gibb est née en Angleterre et a grandi à Toronto. Elle a fait des études universitaires en anthropologie sociale, avec un intérêt particulier pour le Moyen- Orient. Ses deux romans précédents, Détails insignifiants d’une vie sans éclat (Plon, 2004) et La Bouche pleine de mots (10/18, 2004), ont été traduits en une douzaine de langues. Camilla Gibb est la vice-présidente du PEN-Club canadien, et a reçu de nombreux prix pour son oeuvre.

Camilla Gibb is a Canadian writer, born in London, England, and brought up in Toronto, Ontario. Gibb attended North Toronto Collegiate Institute and graduated from Jarvis Collegiate Institute. She holds a BA in anthropology and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Toronto and received her Ph.D. in social anthropology from Oxford University in 1997. During her years at the University of Toronto she was published on the Hart House Review.
