Özcan ALPER (1975, Turkey) attended courses in Physics and History of Science at the University of Istanbul. Since 1997 he has been working as assistant director and production manager on a variety of productions. He directed a short fiction and two short documentaries. « Autumn » (2008) was his feature debut. Özcan is one of the five film makers of the omnibus film « Tales from Kars » (2010). He is screenwriter and director of the short film called « Moto guzzi ».
