Manish Jhâ

Réalisateur et scénariste indien.
Manish Jhâ est né en 1978 dans l’Etat de Bihar, en Inde. Diplômé de
l’université de Delhi, il a travaillé comme assistant réalisateur sur des
séries télévisées.
Son premier court-métrage, A VERY VERY SILENT MOVIE, a obtenu le
prix du jury du court-métrage au festival de Cannes en 2002.
MATRUBHOOMI, UN MONDE SANS FEMMES (2003) est son premier long-métrage.
