Justin Liberman is a student at the School of the Arts of Columbia University, in New York.
Justin Liberman is currently an MFA directing candidate at Columbia University Film School. His award winning short films have played in many international film festivals, museums, and galleries including Tribeca Film Festival, Montreal World Fest, Moscow Biennial, and LA Shorts Fest. His directing work earned him a mentorship with Allen Coulter (The Sopranos) and Antony Hoffman (Red Planet), additionally, Justin spent several years working under acclaimed filmmakers Michael Mann (Heat) and David Mamet (House of Games). Liberman’s commercial work has brought him around the world for clients such as ESPN, Nike, American Express and
Budweiser.
His short TOBBACO BURN (2014, Colour) was selected at Montréal World Film Festival – MWFF 2014, Student Film Festival – International competition.
