Marie Christine Amon

Munie de son Bachelor en Journalisme de Georgia State University, « Chris » prend le chemin de New York pour décider de faire ses armes dans la production audiovisuelle. Assistante de Production, Monteuse vidéo, elle passe par tous les rouages de l’industrie, dans diverses boites de production télé américaines. En 2004, elle devient productrice Associé à Imaginasian TV, avant de faire ses premiers pas dans le cinéma en 2006. En 2011, après avoir travaillé comme chef de production chez Kaméléo International, elle décide de voler de ses propres ailes.
Sa série CHRONIQUES AFRICAINES (2014) remporte le prix de la Meilleure série africaine au Fespaco 2015, Burkina faso. Elle l’a coécrit avec Issouf Fofana et Alexandra Amon (sa soeur qui en est productrice).

With his Alevel degree in Journalism from Georgia State University, « Chris » landed in New York to study audiovisual production. She worked in various sections of the industry, including production assistant and video editor, in many American TV production companies. In 2004, she worked as Associante Producer with Imaginasian TV, before making her cinematic debut in 2006. In 2011, after working as Production Manager with Kaméléo International, Marie Christine decided to stand on her own feet.
Her TV serie AFRICAN CHRONICLES AFRICAINES (2014) won the Best African Series Award at Fespaco 2015, Burkina faso. She wrote it along with Issouf Fofana and Alexandra Amon (her sister and producer).
