Cherif Hadjam (en arabe : شريف الحجام), né en 1955 à Oran en Algérie et mort le 13 novembre 2014 à Blida dans un accident de la circulation, est un comédien algérien de théâtre pour enfants, plus connu sous son nom de scène de Hmimiche el Bahlaouane (Le Clown).
Originaire de la ville d'Oran, Hmimiche el Bahlaouane Comme les enfants aiment l'appeler, a fait des études de chirurgien-dentiste, mais les a abandonnées pour se consacrer au théâtre, faisant ainsi leur joie même durant la décennie noire durant laquelle il animait des spectacles à la télévision, à la radio, dans les écoles, les théâtres et autres établissements et centres culturels. Cherif Hadjam s'est illustré de son vivant par un parcours de plus de 40 ans riche en oeuvres scéniques, a également participé à plusieurs évènements culturels nationaux destinés à l'enfance, à l'instar des 8e Journées nationales du théâtre pour enfant à Ain Defla en 2009, la saison théâtrale "Les Coquelicots" à Tlemcen et les journées "Vicera du rire" à Biskra en 2012.
Il a également animé le festival de la chanson Rai de Sidi Bel Abbes en 2008. L'artiste, dont l'amour pour la scène lui a fait quitter ses études en chirurgie dentaire, a interprété plusieurs rôles dans le théâtre et le cinéma, essentiellement dans les films révolutionnaires. Son dernier spectacle de conte "Plock" qui raconte l'histoire d'une petite goutte d'eau, présenté par son association "Arc-en-ciel" en 2008 à travers plusieurs wilayas du pays avait séduit son jeune public.
Cherif Hadjam décède le jeudi 13 novembre 2014 dans un accident de la circulation à Blida.

Cherif Hadjam distinguished himself during his lifetime with a career spanning more than 40 years rich in stage works, and also participated in several national cultural events intended for children, such as the 8th National Children's Theater Days in Ain Defla in 2009, the “Les Coquelicots” theater season in Tlemcen and the “Vicera du laughter” days in Biskra in 2012.
